Lease terms to watch
Deposits of two to three months, annual escalation, responsibility for water tanks, generators and boreholes, and who carries maintenance are the terms that cause disputes later. We negotiate them explicitly.

Are utilities included?
Rarely. Electricity, water, internet, security and generator fuel are usually tenant costs and should be budgeted separately.
Can I sign before arriving?
You can, but we recommend a short serviced stay first. We arrange video viewings where a remote decision is unavoidable.
